Yes. We use baby-safe, fragrance-free cleaning products that are gentle enough for newborns but effective against food stains, spit-up, mildew, and odors. The seat is fully air-dried before return so there's no residue or moisture — just a fresh, clean seat.
We clean all car seat types: rear-facing infant bucket seats, convertible car seats (rear and forward facing), harnessed booster seats, backless boosters, and all-in-one car seats. We also clean stroller seat inserts. If you're not sure, just mention your seat type in the notes when you book.
Yes — please remove the seat from the base before we arrive. The base stays installed in your car. We only take the seat portion (the part with the fabric cover). This keeps your installation calibration intact and makes pickup quick and easy.
We can often accommodate bookings for the very next night, depending on availability. We typically clean 2–3 seats per night, so spots fill up — check the booking calendar for available nights and book as soon as you know your preferred date.
